You might see slighter lower base rates on Sandestin’s website, and at first glance, they may look enticing. However, booking through our group code ensures you get the lowest cost for your room. Our group code will only include a resort fee (12%) and occupancy taxes (12%). There are no other fees built in. When booking without a group code, you must pay additional fees such as a flat rate resort fee ($35/night), a departure cleaning fee, and a reservation convenience fee. When you compare the two side by side, the AGA group code will cost you less.

All reservations must be made by our cutoff date of Friday, June 28, 2024.
The Grand Sandestin consists of accommodations in the Grand, Lasata, Bahia, and Elation. If you do not stay at the Grand or Village, you will have to drive over or take the tram to all AGA events at the Baytowne Conference Center.
