Exhibitor Form

The Alabama Grocers Association is not a “buying” show, however this convention is one of the only places you can visit with independent retailers, chain retailers and wholesalers and spend a limited amount of time and money. It would cost far more for you to travel to each individual company.  We feel that the AGA show is a good opportunity for you and your company to present/sample your product and make the much needed connections here in Alabama.

The 2023 AGA Convention will be July 9th through July 12th at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Tuesday, July 11th from 11 am to 2 pm. During the first hour, the Exhibit Hall will only be open to retailers and wholesalers for networking. It will then open for general admission from 12 pm to 2 pm.

  • AGA Member Early Bird Rates are as follows:
    $2,500 (Corner Elite Booths) - SOLD OUT
    $1,250 (Premium Booths)
    $1,000 (Standard Booths)
    Early Bird Rates end on February 1, 2023. Non-AGA Members will not receive early bird rates.

  • Non-AGA Member Rates are as follows:
    $1,800 (Non-Member Premium Booth);
    $1,500 (Non-Members Center Booths)
