Exhibitor Form

We the undersigned, hereby subscribe for an Exhibit Booth at the 2021 Alabama Grocers Association Convention to be held on July 27, 2021 at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Destin, Florida. 

Exhibit Hall will be open with a Retailer/Wholesaler Only Networking from 11am to 12:30 pm and General Admission from 12:30 pm to 2:00pm on Tuesday, July 27th.

For rental of said 8’ x 10’ exhibit booth, the undersigned agrees to pay the sum of $2,000 (Corner Elite Booths), $1,500 (Premium Booth), $1,250 (Center Booths); $1,800 (Non-Member Premium Booth); $1,500 (Non-Members Center Booths) on or before June 1, 2021, unless other arrangements have been made. If you reserve your booth and send payment for your exhibit by February 15, 2021 AGA members will receive the early bird special; $1,750 (Corner Booths), $1,250 (Premium Booths) and $1,000 (Center Booths). Non-AGA Members do not receive Early Bird Rates.

  • Non-AGA Member Rates are as follows: $1,800 (Non-Member Premium Booth); $1,500 (Non-Members Center Booths)
